Provincie Gelderland is using MVI’s product suite

Yet another great installation! Lately, the Provincie Gelderland updated all AV of both their main plenary room and their committee rooms. We’re excited that all rooms are now driven by our software. The whole system integration was excellently performed by Heuvelman Sound & Vision B.V. The tender specification was written by Hans Wieldraaijer.

Some key highlights:
* EasyConf is used for full control of Confero from Televic Conference.
* Special microphone management is implemented to meet the needs of the province (at some seats allow to vote, but don’t allow microphone control).
* Full integration with NotuBiz; the province’s document management system (DMS) for meeting planning and livestreaming (with metadata)
* Electronic voting, attendance and speakers are reported on screens and reported to PDF and the DMS
* EasyCam is used for full automated camera control, including a technician desk for manual camera adjustments using our SKAARHOJ PTZ Pro integration. Used cameras are from Sony and Avonic
* Automated lower thirds, vote hall displaying and a dedicated multiviewer for the technician are used
* A Blackmagic Design video switcher is fully driven by EasyCam (integrated by Heuvelman) and our lower thirds are keyed in.
