MVI AudioVisual Software Suite 11.1
We are excited to announce the launch of some great new features! With MVI AudioVisual Software Suite 11.1 you will be able to improve the workflow of any formal meeting. End-users are now able to prepare meetings in the browser and access meeting reports from any device through the portal. Furthermore, we’re introducing confidentiality profiles.
Introducing EasyConf Portal
In 11.1 end-users will experience an evolved way of accessing functionalities through the new EasyConf Portal. The Portal is a web application hosted on the MVI PC, available in the browser. With the launch of the Portal we introduce two new important functions, particularly useful for those charged with pre and post meeting tasks.
Meeting Preparation
Modify and check the prepared meeting from your browser. Enter agenda items, voting sessions and participant details from an intuitive web-interface. Hosted on premises and locally accessible (LAN).
Meeting Reporter
View reports of past meetings, configure the level of details and generate PDF reports for meetings and voting sessions separately. The web based successor of the former reporter, with a new design and better accessibility.
Confidentiality profiles
Confidentiality profiles allow to configure different levels of confidentiality and it replaces the former Secret and Adjourned mode. In the confidentiality profiles all functions are presented separately, allowing you to control options like blocking metadata for livestreaming/DMS integrations, blocking camera control, showing a overlay, etc.
Important note!
The former Secret mode and Adjourned mode are replaced in software suite 11.1 by confidentiality profiles. Take special care when upgrading existing installations to 11.1. Your integrations with our API need to adapt to these changes, please read our knowledge base article about Confidentiality profiles.
