The integration with Shure means that EasyConf knows all about where a delegate sits, what votes are casted, which microphones or pressed and so forth. All information can be displayed as you like and all conference system features can be controlled from the same customizable interface.

EasyCam was designed to ease the way you live stream or record your meetings. A fully automated camera control system automatically shows all active speakers.
All information from the conference system, like voting results, attendance, current agenda item and more can be used to design your own custom overlaying. These powerful displaying features can be designed to be used for displays in the meeting room or for your audience in the live stream.
EasyCam brings all information from the Shure conference system, through EasyConf, available in your recording or hall displays. The included automated camera control system supports many modern PTZ cameras.
EasyConf Connect extends the possibilities of the conference system in a unique way: it allows the delegate to join the meeting hosted by the conference system with their own device. It simply turns the iPad or laptop of the delegate into a virtual conference device that can be used to join the meeting remotely. All existing features as described above are still applicable.
EasyConf Connect is an extension on EasyConf and seamlessly integrates with EasyCam. It allows for perfect hybrid or full digital (council) meetings. It extends your Shure system in a unique way!
Through EasyConf we add full functional meeting management software to the wireless conference system of Shure. It allows for meeting preparation (agenda and delegate management) and metadata generation of the running meeting. Supplemented with EasyCam, it allows for automated meeting recordings and streaming through automated PTZ cameras. Our camera control system can be configured with multiple room layouts: a nice feature to enhance the wireless system flexibility.
We support the wired MXC system of Shure. Including microphone control, delegate management, automated camera tracking, speech times, voting, etc. Although the system is officially end of life, we love to upgrade your meeting chamber if you already have your MXC system installed.
