Through the Integration Partner Program (IPP), MVI AudioVisual and Bosch have set up a long-term, strategic partnership to offer hybrid solutions using Bosch conference systems with the MVI AudioVisual Software Suite.
The MVI AudioVisual Software Suite is divided into the three products shown below. These are designed to further extend the possibilities of the Bosch discussion system and make it possible to create unique solutions. The full hybrid meeting setup consists of a bundle containing these three products.
EasyConf has a simple user interface to control all aspects of the conference system like starting voting sessions, control microphones and ID card programming. It contains easy meeting preparation for your conference system, by Excel and support for connectivity to local government systems.

EasyCam was designed to ease the way you live stream or record your meetings. A fully automated camera control system automatically shows all active speakers. All information from the conference system, like voting results, attendance, current agenda item and more can be used to design your own custom overlaying.

EasyConf Connect gives you the most user-friendly way to allow remote delegates to participate in council meetings: By making the remote participant part of the meeting as if they are physically there. They will be able to request the floor and cast a vote just like they were actually in the room.

A seamless hybrid meeting experience is often asked for in today’s remote-work environments. Our joint solution fully utilizes the conference system, while allowing participants to participate remotely. This setup results in a full hybrid conference system.
EasyConf Connect allows for the full integration of remote participants into new or existing Bosch conference solutions using BYOD devices including Windows, iOS and MacOS.
To allow participants to remotely join the meeting in the conference room, we offer two bundles:

Our software licenses are a one time purchase per room. Alternatively our software can be leased/rented for 40% per year which includes SMA.
Hosting is required to allow remote participants into your meeting, there are two options:
We offer secure hosting on our cloud servers on a per-user per-year basis. The number of users is based on the maximum number of remote participants simultaneously connected. This includes our optional use of our email service to send invitations by one of our email services (*)
We lease/rent the server software for a fixed price per room installation per year. The (end) customer then self-hosts the EasyConf Connect server on one of their own servers.
* Support from Monday to Friday 8:00 till 22:00, weekends may be used for maintenance
